I looked in the mirror and talked to myself. Crazy, right? Wrong! It works wonders. &#8220;You are beautiful. You are adequate. You can be all that you want to be.&#8221; To be it, you need to believe it and if you keep telling yourself long enough<span id="more-11"></span> you will.<br />
Step two is simple, although we tend to make it hard. EAT IT! I can hear my mom&#8217;s voice in my head, &#8220;Eat your vegetables.&#8221; Now I do and I get to eat often and feel good about it. Plenty of produce and snacking is key. Who doesn&#8217;t want to eat more deliciously fresh snacks?<br />
