Woman’s Fitness Is Easy To Adhere To

As a busy woman, I hardly find myself with time to “exercise” and sitting down and eating a healthy meal seems impossible. I used to worry if I was fit. I felt fat. I changed my life in three easy steps that became my lifestyle.
I looked in the mirror and talked to myself. Crazy, right? Wrong! It works wonders. “You are beautiful. You are adequate. You can be all that you want to be.” To be it, you need to believe it and if you keep telling yourself long enough you will.
Step two is simple, although we tend to make it hard. EAT IT! I can hear my mom’s voice in my head, “Eat your vegetables.” Now I do and I get to eat often and feel good about it. Plenty of produce and snacking is key. Who doesn’t want to eat more deliciously fresh snacks?
See exercise as a change in your life. Stand up and change your perspective. Walk because its not far. Take the stairs and play your heart out. Be active and you will feel great and look great.
